Wine is generally consumed along with specific types of food based on the type of wine: red or white. However, Reverse Innovation had to think otherwise and is of the idea that wine would be best served with a nice story. The product design company that is based in Milan roped in Matteo Correggia for creating Librottiglia, a wine bottle that comes with a twist.
There are three variants of this wine: two in red and one in white. It has a catchy title; which stands for book and bottle in Italian. The packaging is minimal and it has information such as the date of manufacture, packing, variety of grape and region mentioned. When you tug the twine, you will realize that the label is in fact a small book; which can be read easily along with the quantity of wine present in the bottle.
These books were written by three literary authors and have different tales such as A Frag in the Belly, I Love You. Forget Me and Murder; which differ based on the variant of the wine.
However, they are only available in Italian as of now.
