We all love having breakfast made for us, but when the food in question becomes a daily ritual that wows the internet with its amazing artistry, you know you are on to a winner. This is exactlythey case of Mar van Beek, as boyfriend Michael Zee has gone on to make and document some truly outstanding looking breakfasts. When the couple sat down for one of the many breakfasts prepared by Michael, they discovered just how perfectly symmetrical each plate and its contents were. As an avid food fanatic Michael thought little of it until he posted some images on his Instagram account – and people loved them. Symmetry Breakfast was the resulting photography collection, which depicts the delicious daily meals concocted by Michael and shared with Mark. He has taken further steps to showcase the cool designs of the images, meticulously picking out plates; cutlery and dressing the backdrop to further compliment the food on display. As Michael explains in his own words,” People wonder if I’m crazy or obsessive, but it is a declaration of love, really. I’m dedicated—both to breakfast and to Mark.”
