This viral video has made its way around the internet quicker than anyone could have imagined. It features a popular Youtube prankster, Joey Salads, as he tests an experiment about how easy it is for him to lure children away from their parents with a dog named Donuts. All children are taught to not talk to strangers or go with them, anywhere, but often times, as this experiment shows, children are easy to distract. All of the children in this video were led away with only a few lines of dialogue, hand in hand with their “abductor” right in front of their shocked parents. It just shows you that stealing a child is terrifyingly easy, especially with a cute dog. This video shocked viewers around the world and helped alert parents to the risks that children run into everyday. They are young minds that needs to be taught that talking to a stranger – even if he has a cute dog and a friendly smile – is not okay. Hopefully this video helps send that message home, even if it is terrifying to even think about.
