There are many accidents taking place in this busy metropolitan area that could be avoided in drivers simply slowed down. 3D paintings of crosswalks are being painted on the road as a way of getting the attention of drivers so that they slow down and look for those children and others that are crossing the road as safely as possible. This idea seems to be working properly, and there are many people speaking out about the idea, that it should be put into action in other places in the world so that we can see how it works for them, too.
