Roo Roo is perhaps one of the most positive and happy-go-lucky dogs all of the time. Despite massive hardships in her life, she cannot help but crack a massive smile and bounce around in excitement when meeting people. She manages to do this even though she has lost both of her front legs. She was also sent to a high-kill shelter where she somehow managed to survive after being rescued by the Second Hand Hounds charity. Now Roo Roo is looking for a loving owner to take care of her and have some fun-filled playtime. She can run around and play just like any normal dog thanks to her positive outlook in life, not to mention some kind donations to help her adapt to her new life. She received wheel cart and specially designed chair to allow her to move around better and eat her food independently. In the meantime, she has been receiving a lot of love and care from a foster carer, but she is still looking for a permanent home where she can bring her positive attitude into someone else’s life.

Luckily, Roo Roo got a foster mom, and she has been given a second chance at having a happy life.
