Hanging over the edge of a cliff with views of Basaseachic Falls, Copper Canyon Cocktail Bar would be not just a drinking and dining destination, but a tourist attraction as well. This design concept from the fittingly named Tall Arquitectos would see you enter the space via a set of stairs that travel underneath a small pool, to the left of the entrance for the upper observation deck. Once below, you’d find a bar on one side of the squarish space, with tables set around the outside to let diners enjoy the panoramic views and a glass floor in the center of the structure that makes just walking to the restroom an adventure. Just a proposal, for now, we can only hope such a structure will redefine “adventurous dining” in the future.
