Design engineer and biotechnologist Julian Melchiorri who also created the world’s first synthetic biological leaf designed a “living” chandelier composed of 70 glass leaves filled with algae that purify air. The lamp can be used indoors or outdoors – wherever air purification is needed.

The metal structure is entirely hand-made and burned-colored. Each structure holds a single leaf module of 3 different sizes that repeats it-self 70 times on a radial array; similar to how nature shapes plants and shells.
