Teenager Ciara Gan, a Philipino, decided to make and paint her own gown for her high school’s graduation ball, and it was a beauty. She was only 17 at the time.
She spent a whole month working on her dress, including all the time it took to design it, so she could graduate in style. The dress is a unique one in many ways. The hand-painted flowers and pleats are quite elegant. Even her mom helped her as they painted over 80 flowers on the dress.
Ciara started posting photos of her dress on Twitter which they quickly went viral and got responses from scores of people.
