Austin Simms who happens to own Roanoke coffee shop was fed up with the attitude of rude customers so he decided to do something about it. Simms told WDBJ that “he decided to charge more for people who didn’t take time to say hello and connect so as to solve all the injustice of the world because they do not realize we are all people behind the counter”. So he placed a sign indicating their new pricing policy in front of his coffee shop. Surprisingly, bunch of cameras started showing up for the sign and it ended up in the newspaper! Everyone keeps scrolling to check it out.
