We all know animal lovers out there who are very bold and strong about what they believe. But, even the quiet activists have expressed hatred at Iceland’s war against whales. They kill these majestic creatures with no care in the world about the fact that their vast numbers have dwindled and made them a critically endangered species. So, rather than scream to deaf ears, activists have turned into hactivists, computer geniuses who are able to use their skills to shut down the government websites of Iceland in protest. With any hope, this will make the government officials aware of the fact that those who fight for the whales are not to be messed with and need to be heard before something more drastic to the whale species happens.
