Someone Tried To Kill This Old Turtle, But She Refused To Give Up

By the time you finish this, you’ll have the pitchfork ready to stab the person who did this to such a sweet creature.  As you know, turtles have long lives that span longer than human’s in many cases.  This poor 70 year old turtle was almost killed when someone tried to end her life with an old screwdriver.  She was searching for help when a couple saw her in distress and rushed her to an animal hospital.

She was saved, barely, and made her road to recovery.  She had lots of love and supportive people at her side the entire way through her journey.  She recovered beautifully from her internal injuries as well as the fractured skull.  She lost sight in one eye but is now living a happy life in a private location that will be perfect for her final years.  It’s sickening to think that someone could do this to an innocent animal, but it’s so heartwarming to see that there are still people who care about the old animals in the world, too.

Now here’s to hoping that somehow the people who did this to poor Tuttle will be caught and put behind bars, like a human murderer would be if they were caught redhanded.  It seems that the more this story is shared, the better the chances are at this being completed, s share it away and see if we can bring some justice to the life of Turtle.
