Now something to remember is that we aren’t just talking about the Royal family, here. Of course they would be comfortable and stable with their line being so prestigious and noble, but this includes all sorts of elites that have pushed themselves into power by using only their name. When their money went up and down in history, they stayed at the top of the food chain and it is almost as if those around them helped to keep them afloat and on the elite side of things. This means that they help their own and will help them all keep their success and rich glory.
Sure, this is all well and good, but how does it affect us over here in America? Well, because the same kind of thing is happening here even though it supposed to be each man can make his own fortune. It’s like it’s rigged. There are families like the Kennedys, the Rockefellers, and, of course, the Vanderbilts that are essentially responsible for dominating industries like the government to the point that everyone knows who they are and therefore just the name has an impact on all who hear about it. It’s essentially a thrown match before it even begins.
So, we can see how the elite families in Britain are also seen here in America, supporting each other and helping each other out in order to keep the “rich blood” at the top of the food chain in all of the most important matters. Other examples include places that are all about being elite such as the Daughters of the American Revolution (the DAR) in which only those of elite lineage and certain high end family names are allowed to be part of the group. Sure, we don’t like to acknowledge that fact, but it’s there and everyone knows it. Unfortunately, we are bound to follow the same lack of change that Britain has seen, which means our elite will continue to see the same success and snobbishness that theirs do. This is both interesting and simultaneously terrifying, as it means that we are going to have to live with them basically ruling over us for generations to come. So we have to resign ourselves that we’re never going to be in the big leagues of money. Unless something comes along that is bigger than the Revolution and two World Wards, that 1% is going to remain a closed group for all of us. Now don’t go getting any kind of crazy ideas, because anything that we would need to have to dislodge the 1% from our society would have to be so big and dangerous that it would probably help in destroying all of us as a race, and then we’d all be losers. So, for the time being, we just have to sit here, content to be the 99%, and just wait and see if the walls of the rich 1% club starts start to crumble. Maybe then we can join the club.
