Simon Morris is a scientist from Sweden who has creative a rather striking invention – levitating plant pots. Featuring common types of plant life, the design is known as LYFE, and involves the use of a planter that is suspended above a wooden base through the use of magnetism.
Not only do they remain levitating, but they also slowly rotate to ensure an even cover of sunlight indoors. The style is aimed to look minimalistic, with the intention of highlighting the fact that the planter is floating in the air rather, which is why a simple base and planter have been used.
