Vugar Efendi is a 25 years old writer and director. He says that he grew up in various countries surrounded by their rich cultures, such as the United Kingdom, Spain, Turkey, and Ukraine. Vugar created an interesting work that he brings classical paintings and iconic movie scenes together in his ‘Film Meets Art‘ videos.
