When people get excited they often laugh, snort or snicker. Animals also have their own way of expressing excitement. As for owls, they typically only make “hoot” sounds. But one snow owl does a little more than that. It actually laughs hysterically.
A snow owl was rescued by an animal sanctuary and was found to make a weird sort of laugh. Fortunately, someone was able to capture him on camera while laughing. The video has gotten millions of hits on YouTube.
