It can be hard to get kids to eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables because they don’t taste good. However, a mother and food artist in Melbourne named Laleh Mohmedi figured out a way to get her 4-year-old son to eat healthy foods and ingredients. All she used was a bit of creativity in the way she designed her son’s plate of food. Rather than just simply putting the food on his plate, she arranged the healthy foods on the plate in a way that resembled certain animated characters that her son liked.
Mohmedi has designed Spongebob Squarepants and various Pixar monsters that her son is a big fan of using these foods. She has used all kinds of foods in her designs such as pasta, meat, vegetables, fruits, and whatever else would be a suitable meal for her child. She has even gotten a lot of attention on her Instagram page over these designs and it has gained her more than 65,000 new followers.
