Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, Refik Anadol is a lecturer at UCLA’s Department of Design Media Arts and is based in Los Angeles, California. As a part of his study known as ‘Temporary Immersive Environment Experiments’, which deals with audio/video installations in a state called immersion, he has come up with a new concept known as ‘Infinity Room’. In this, he tries to immerse an observer’s awareness by transforming the environment into something that looks artificial and different from the physical world. [via Behance]
