Hotel Galéria Spirit is a hotel and an art gallery in Bratislava, Slovakia. The hotel stands out with its extravagant and unique facade adorned with brilliant geometric patterns. It was inaugurated in 2011 and became a unique part of the urban landscape of Bratislava and is known as ”Butterfly House” locally. It became a memorable landmark in Bratislava with its bold and quirky design.
Both the exterior and the interior of the Hotel Galéria Spirit resembles a palette of juxtaposed colors. The hotel is a great fusion of contemporary architecture and urban art.
The architect of the visually incredible hotel is Štefan Polakovič. The design of the building mirrors the innovative vision of Polakovič, breaking away from the traditional to provide a visual feast for the guests and passersby. The hotel’s theme is wellness; accordingly, guests are given free nutritional supplements based on their personal health conditions along with the regular services provided by the hotel.
