Spectacular Minimalist Flower X-Rays In The 1930s

In the 1930s, chief radiologist at Los Angeles’ Wilshire Hospital, Dain L. Tasker investigated the anatomy of plants with an X-ray machine. Simple color and context displayed the beauty of flowers. Photographer Will Connell helped Tasker print his pictures and exhibit his amazing work.
