Adiyogi Shiva: Largest Bust Sculpture in the World

The bust of Adiyogi Shiva is located in the Tamil Nadu state of India. The steel statue represents Shiva, one of the main deities of Hinduism. The name ”Adiyogi”, meaning ”the first yogi”, comes from the belief that Lord Shiva is the originator of yoga. The bust was constructed with the idea to inspire people to do yoga. Despite its connotations to Hinduism religion, it is not considered a religious spot but an iconic inspiration. Adiyogi Shiva was inaugurated in 2017.
