Located in Shiraz, the Nasir al-Mulk Mosque is known for the vibrant interior hues it has to offer. It is commonly known as the Pink Mosque and the nickname is due to the extravagant use of rose-colored tiles and flashy patterns of glass windows, making it a visual treat for artists.
The mosque was built in the 19th century and has been strikingly beautiful always, especially in the mornings. Koach, a photographer, captured the morning glory of this church and the spectacular sight when the first rays of the sun touch the colorful stained glass is mesmerizing. The light patterns are then formed on the tightly woven Persian carpet, making you go awestruck about this magnificent place.
