People are always interested in unique looking desserts that are artistic and unconventional. A user on Reddit called “Skizorbit” posted up pictures of cupcakes and a cake that resembles the look of a galaxy in outer space. Skizorbit owns a bakery called “Darling Delights.” She got the idea to design her desserts with a galaxy theme after her friend wanted it done for their wedding. So she designed a fabulous wedding cake and a series of cupcakes that truly looked like the image of a galaxy in space. Every detail was perfected in the design, from the stars in the background to the purple and blue swirls of the galaxy.
To create the galaxy design, it involved the use of white fondant, white icing, and then airbrushing the colors and gradients of the galaxy over that. Skizorbit currently sells galaxy-themed cookies by mail if anyone is interested in them. But to get the galaxy-themed cake, you have to be a local of Columbus, Ohio because that is where her bakery shop is located.
