Zaha Hadid is famous for her deconstructive design style. She had designed various business centers, hotels, entertainment centers around the world. However, her house designs are rare and most of them are not turned into reality. Until now. According to recent information and photos, a house on the outskirts of Russia was completed. Designed by Zaha Hadid, this private residence is in Barvihka Forest.
She designed this unique private residence for Vladislav Doronin, a Russian businessman. Everything about this house shows her unique style in architecture. The house is 22 meters long with the freshly illuminated interior. This unique house can see the top of trees and has two balconies. First sketches of this project which is called Capital Hill started after a conversation between Hadid and Doronin. Doronin told her that he wants to be free and see the skies without having anyone near him.
As a result, this house with three floors was conceived. The lowest level is set for entertainment facilities. On the ground floor, a swimming pool, a kitchen, and a lounge was placed. Guests can enter this building from the first floor and their rooms, as well as rooms of children, are on this floor as well.
When Zaha Hadid and Russian Vladislav Doronin met in London 10 years ago, this unique private house idea was born.
Hadid sketched the Capital Hill project on a napkin. And 10 years later, this amazing project was revealed.
First photos of this project were seen in 2011 before Hadid was dead. Now, Doronin proudly shows this completed private residence.
From a sketch on the napkin, this project turned into a masterpiece.
Doronin’s desires and Hadid’s natural and unique style combined in this marvelous building outside Moscow.
With the view of amazing Barvihka Forest, this 22-meter private house has all the elegance and modern look a house can have.
