Jada Fitch is an illustrator from Portland, Maine who has created some gorgeous little birdhouses for the friendly bird friends that love to visit her. This isn’t a traditional bird home either, instead resembling a min version of a human home, including doors, windows, and even some interior design!
Made from cardboard, Jada attaches the portable homes to the exterior of her windows so that she can film and photograph the birds as they come and go. Unfortunately, the homes don’t have much staying power because they cannot keep squirrels out and aren’t waterproof, meaning Jada cannot leave them outside indefinitely.
This isn’t too bad, as there are already plenty of bird feeders in the garden! Plus, the birds get to spend a few hours each day in these awesome little homes – check some of the amazing photos out!
