Have you ever found something cool while beach combing? Do you enjoy spending hours hunting for buried treasures? If so, you’ll love this. A happy beach goer unearthed a piece from a space ship that was part of a mission in Europe. But, get this, the guy who found it was in Mexico. Talk about “a long way from home” right? He got up close and personal and got to take a look at how a real space shuttle would look, including the powerful pieces of insulation that would really help them to protect themselves at those high altitudes. Pretty neat, right?
Unfortunately the piece was removed and returned to the place that it came from (though many people are wondering how it got there in the first place), the photos are still all over the internet so that you, too, can take a look and admire the mighty space shuttle for yourself. It’s pretty impressive, you have to admit. If you’ve never seen anything like it, this will really blow your mind.

It’s definitely some sort of panel, but what do these words mean?
And why is it so scratched up?
Most importantly, how does something like this end up on the beach in the first place?
From here, we can see wires and other electronic material on the underside of the panel.
He figured it would be safe to take a closer look, since the tubing and wires weren’t connected to anything.

While he couldn’t take it home or anything, I’m sure this man would have no problem remembering what happened with this fantastic beach side discovery. After all, there is only so much excitement that you can forget from an impressive out of the blue find like this. I wonder where the rest of the debris is…?
