Self-Sufficient Nature House for Off-the-Grid Living

Naturvillan has designed a self-sufficient nature house called Atri incorporated with a greenhouse in Sweden. This one-bedroom nature house adds a new wrinkle to off-grid living with its functionality and airiness. Its A-frame design not only gives more light to the place but also imitates the conifers around it. The 1,334 square feet (124 square meters) house can house a family, and its floor can also be customized by including more rooms.

Self- Sufficient Nature House

The house is highly self-sufficient, especially in terms of the generation of energy. It has both solar panels and a wood-burning stove to meet the energy need in each season. It also has a backup system for charging batteries. As for the need for water. there is on-site well-providing drinking water, and the wastewater goes to the irrigation of plants.
