Everyone loves the idea of rescue dogs. It does something great for these abused dogs and gives our families furry friends to love and take care of.
That being said, many seem reluctant to take on rescue dogs because they have tortured histories and could potentially be harmful to your family.
Photographer and dog lover Lynn Terry shows that they are just like any other happy, safe dog. Her photo booth photos are designed to bring out the unique and adorable personalities that rescue dogs have to show that they are “(dog) human” too.
They deserve our love just like all of the other animals in the world, perhaps more so. Looking at these impressive photos with their distinct personalities of each dog, it’s hard to argue with the logic that has such a wide smile and happy expression.
This is certainly something to think about next time you head to the SPCA or pound to bring home a beautiful fat puppy, or an older, calm dog. Consider bringing home a rescue animal instead. They’ll love you just as much as a typical dog.
