Jackie Coogan: One of the First Child Stars in Film History

John Leslie “Jackie” Coogan (1914 – 1984) was an American actor who began his movie career as a child actor in silent films and becoming one of the first child stars in film history after the Charlie Chaplin’s film classic The Kid (1921).
