Hello Kitty is all the rage in Hong Kong, and restaurant owner, Man Kwong, decided to take advantage of that common love, creating a restaurant that took every food dish and revolved it around the popular theme. He took as many traditional food dishes as he could and, with much eager help, taste tested all of them until he came up with the final thirty seven Hello Kitty foods that made it onto his menu.
All of decor and architecture has been created to best imitate this same theme, and he takes pleasure in the fact that lovers of the show and its paraphernalia can take comfort in knowing that they aren’t alone, when the restaurant fills up with all of the eager fans that are totally head over heels in love with the show.
