Are you someone who can’t get enough of working out?  Do you aim to be the fittest person on the planet and are looking for a way to make sure that the energy that you exert goes somewhere so that you can enjoy your life knowing that you are making a difference?  The Paris Navigating Gym is a spot that, while it is still an idea right now and not actually in existence, is something that you are definitely going to want to check out for yourself.  This is, as the name suggests, a gym that floats down the river in Paris.  It is designed by Carlo Ratti Associati, and the goal for this floating gym is for people to be able to see just how their impact and work at the gym is going to help battle the problem of renewable energy.

This boat’s goal is to be fun by the energy of the people who use it as a fitness location.  It will drift down the river and give people a look at Paris in a way that they can appreciate the sights and now that they aren’t putting any carbon into the atmosphere from a gas powered motor.  The gym will also how a screen showing each person’s statistics and their impression on the movement from the boat so that everyone can know the segment that they’re responsible.  Talk about motivation for for a workout.
