Hope for Paws is a charity that goes around the streets of Los Angeles to rescuing and saving abandoned dogs throughout the city. Eldad Hagar has seen his fair share of rescues, but the following may take the crown considering the horrific circumstances. Two poodles were somehow managed to survive a few weeks inside the sewers yet they were close to running out of time.
