Rising impressively to a height of 206 meters, the building boasts 36 to 39 floors, depending on the vantage point. As a self-contained community, it offers a wide range of amenities and businesses to cater to its large population.

These include a massive food court, swimming pools, barber shops, nail salons, medium-sized supermarkets, and internet cafes. Virtually everything one might need is available within the building, making it possible for residents to fulfill their daily needs without ever needing to venture outside.
