Usually, horrible things happen around the world and go unreported. Only a few news sources report about these type of actual happenings. As a matter of fact, the Presidential elections have condescended all other news stories and other significant matters around the globe are not reported. However, UNICEF has reported this and released a disturbing video that affect young women from all over the world.
In many of the underdeveloped and developing countries, child marriages still exist and have not come to an end. Due to child marriages, women of young age who have not even hit their puberty are subject to physical, sexual and psychological abuses. As per studies, close to fifteen million girls are subject to horrors like these on a yearly basis and 41,000 girls are forced into marriages daily. Though these issues do not have an overnight solution, PSA by UNICEF is surely trying to address this issue and is creating awareness by making such videos.
