Azulik Eco Resort Inspired by Mayan Ancestral Culture

Azulik Eco Resort is a beach resort in the heart of the Mayan jungle in Tulum, Mexico. Inspired by the Mayan ancestral culture, the hotel company built the resort that is one with nature. There are currently 48 villas in the resort with no electric light, TV, or A/C. In other words, the resort offers a chance to experience nature in a way closer to the Mayan tribal way of life.

Azulik Eco Resort also offers several facilities including traditional Mexican cuisine, a boutique that sells traditional Latin American clothes, and ancestral healing rituals. One healing method is the zumpulche ceremony, which includes a four-phase steam bath. Each phase represents the four elements in a symbolic rebirth experience.
