Eleven-year-old Ben Twist is a student at Lansbury Bridge School & Sports College who recently sat his exams. Despite his best efforts, Ben would unfortunately fail these tests as his results did not hit the requirements to pass.
What would follow was a truly heart-warming gesture that brought Ben’s mother to tears, along with several thousands of Twitter users who saw the letter after it went viral. The teacher was under no obligations to send out such a letter, and the act of kindness has rightfully been applauded.
