Measuring 205 meters, Mount Tirana will be the tallest building in Albania.
Starting in 2022, the project aims to build a multifunctional tower comprising housing, commercial facilities, a boutique hotel, offices, and parking places as well as restaurants and cafés. The tower also has an exceptional location in the heart of Tirana, and it stands out in the city’s skyline. It is close to the city’s opera and the National Historical Museum. So, the amenities of the building are planned accordingly with the surrounding streets’ necessities.
The use of local materials such as natural stone for the construction will help minimize the building’s carbon footprint. Additionally, there have been endeavors to minimize the buildings’ need for mechanical cooling. The project also supports the area’s biodiversity by planting indigenous species on the terraces.
