Kittens are a common house pet, and with endless adorable pictured across the internet, we are used to seeing them at their cutest. The often get paired with other gorgeous animals, with puppies a common example of budding animal friendships found.
A less common one would have to be a kitten and an owlet, which exactly what Fuku the owl and Marimo the cat are. These two buddies love to chill with one another in their home Hukulou – a coffee shop in Osaka Japan. The coffee shop is known for its owl themed products and the odd owl visitor it gets too. It’s clear why Marimo and Fuku are the main attraction here, as the images display their love for cuddling and napping which is truly adorable. They are part of an increasing niche of owl coffee shops that are popping up across the globe.
