Scientists Discover Nature’s Remedy For Dementia… Smelling It Can Increase Memory By 75%

If you’re like most people in the world, you know someone – or you are that someone – who is suffering from dementia.  This is a terrifying mental disorder that takes away your memories and your understanding of the world around you, causing a lot of mental anguish on both sides of the diagnosis.  At this point, there is no cure for this condition, and it is responsible for the deaths of many every year.

Now, however, there is a normal herb that we eat all the time that could act as a deterrent for dementia.  It’s rosemary.  This is a traditional food favourite that you easily sprinkle over anything you can get your hands on, and it tastes incredible.  It is also helpful to your memory.  Studies have shown that those who would inhale the scent of diffused rosemary oil had boosts in their memory up to 75%.  While it’s not a cure, it’s a great step in the right direction to helping those who are suffering slow down the process and hold onto what makes them themselves a little more.  Everyone is hopeful that a cure is right around the corner, but this is a great start without a doubt.
