Artist Spends 1000s Of Hours Crocheting Wire Into Anatomically Correct Heart

You would be amazed looking at how Anne Mondro, an artist and an Associate Professor from the School of Art and Design, University of Michigan is getting anatomically correct hearts by crocheting a tinned copper wire. She had spent a significant amount of time in carrying out research of the heart and thus, wanted her art to be perfect. She made us of a 3D modeling software for precision. She said that this work was highly personal and she was working with older people by caring for them and helping them with their vulnerabilities.
