A huge blizzard had blanketed a region in Canada that the Canadian National Railway locomotive 2304 normally passes through. The snow was everywhere and it piled up at a railroad crossing. One man found the site fascinating, so he stood within a safe distance from the railroad crossing, took out his camera and recorded this majestic train blast its way through the huge mounds of white snow that were piled up on the railroad tracks. What he captured was truly stunning!
Even though the train engineers and crew normally have a bird’s eye view of the track and what lies ahead of the train, this situation results in a giant fountain of snow shooting out in all directions as the train pushes its way further down the railroad track.
