Anyone that has visited Dubai will know just how extravagant things can get there. From hotels to shopping malls, everything is designed in such a manner that it radiates luxury, helping to reinforce Dubai as one of the most affluent tourist destinations in the world.
One of the newest architectural concept projects is Floating Seahouse. As the name implies, the structures luxury villas that are built into the ocean, with a few floors being submerged beneath the water while the remainder of the building floats above it.
42 homes are planned for construction in the complex, each of which will provide 1,700 square feet of space across three levels – two of which remain above water, with the third being underneath it.
The uppermost level features a small kitchenette along with a mini-bar. A Jacuzzi is, of course, present here too, and when combined with the spectacular panoramic glass walls, it makes for one heck of a spot to unwind.
The middle floor will contain the main kitchen and dining space, along with a massive living space perfect for lounging around in. Again, massive glass walls provide a spectacular view of the ocean and beyond.
The lowest level will be fully submerged beneath the ocean, which ensures a truly breath-taking view of the aquatic wildlife below, which turns the level into your very own live-in aquarium. A master bedroom is planned for this floor, guaranteeing one of the most unique settings for a bedroom imaginable.
