Designed in 1896 to be a textile factory, this building went up between 1907 and 1910 in the family residence of Josep Freixa. It was a project by architect Lluís Muncunill i Parellada and is located in the center of Terrassa, in Parc de Sant Jordi.

Austrian company Klemens Torggler has recently invented the “Evolution Door,” a very cool new door that slides itself open/closed – without the use of tracks. A special system of rotating squares means the door just requires a gentle nudge to close, and then momentum takes care of the rest.
