The architectural studio of EFFEKT has created an amazing walkway for hikers and Instagrammers to a whole new height above an amazing forest in Denmark. The concept of the design was to offer people a “Bird’s–Eye View” of this wonderful forest without disturbing its perfect environment.
The focal point of the design will be a winding observatory tower that will rise approximately 150-feet or 45 metres in height. It gorgeous hourglass design will rise above the luscious preservation forest that is located an hour south of Copenhagen located in Glisselfeld Kloster, Haslev.
The design includes a 2,000-feet or 600m, the internal ramp which will allow visitors to travel to the forest floor. They will travel through treetops with an amazing 360° view of the pristine landscape that the region is famous for.
This unique project should be completed by 2018. The structures make up the route toward the tower and have been split up into 2 sections. The high walkway will go past some of the forest’s oldest trees. The lower path will twist its way through the younger parts of the forest.
