Rare, Poignant Photos of Frida Kahlo During the Last Years of Her Life

Gisele Freund is a French photographer though born in Germany. She is a professional photographer and she has via photos give us an uncommon look at the last few years of Frida Kahlo. Our photographer Freund had fled Nazi Germany in 1933 and later got to be known as one of the best representations photographic artists and sometime later met Kahlo and Diego Rivera, in Mexico in 1950. A fortnight excursion turned into a two-year stay with the couple. This gave her the opportunity to take hundreds of photographs of both Kahlo and Diego Rivera as well as photos of the Mexican cultures.

Prior to the release of the book by Frida Kahlo these e photos had never been made public. They represent the magnificence and artistic abilities of Kahlo. Despite the fact that she got to be sick in the years prior to her demise, the famous painter was still loaded with lively enthusiasm and vitality.
