Anyone working at the Chengdu Research Base in China could possibly have the greatest job ever – caring for baby pandas. A special breeding centre for one of the most famous endangered species in the world, this day care centre is incredibly important for the preservation of pandas. Breeding and nurturing pandas is no easy feat, yet everyone is doing their best to try and improve their drastically low numbers in the wild, estimated to be as low as 1,864. This can be thanked to their slow breeding nature, with females only able to conceive one every few years, creating a slow output of baby pandas.
