Talk about a lucky coincidence. You’ve all had that moment of panic where you pat down every pocket in your shirt and pants in a search to find your wallet. It’s not there, and immediately you are feeling like the worst person on the planet because you have no memory at all of when you last saw it. It’s a terrible moment.
Now, imagine that it’s 71 years later and you get a phone call saying that your wallet has been found. Can you imagine how surprised you’d be? This was the shock of a very lucky man who got his wallet back after 71 years, with the cards and notes inside of it fully intact. Imagine how surprised and excited he must have been to see it after all of these years and see all of his old possessions. It would have been incredible for sure.
