Mindful Foxes That Teaches The Act Of Mastering Life By Roeselien Raimond

Roeselien Raimond is a talented Dutch photographer. It is a very difficult task to come across a fox being stressed out, being agitated about its agenda, or thinking of how life is. Also, witnessing an OCD fox being obsessed about black stones, a fox with social hatred, being afraid of meeting other foxes is quite challenging and this is the reason;

Foxes live every moment by adhering to the message passed by their bodies. These messages vary from time to time when they are hungry, they eat. They move to a quiet place and sleep if they feel like having a rest. They find a mate when they feel like and respond to their bodies when they feel like doing nothing. This is a great lesson for us to emulate because of our overcrowded schedule, running from one place to the other without listening to the signs and messages of our body system. Foxes make a simple decision “Listening to their body” and in turn live a fulfilled and meaningful life. It is, however, advisable to stop thinking about how to live a fulfilled life because simply adhering to our body massage can go a long way in helping us live a fulfilled life.
