This is the old farm house that was transformed into a doll house by Benning.
Seen in this picture is how much effort it would have taken for the transformation.
A real lot of effort. 
However, there was some reusable stuff to build it up.
Which was eventually used by Benning.
Look at the way the place looks now.
The entire project would take 8 years before it is finished.
However, it is totally different from the general makeover of your house.
