When you adopt a pet, it becomes your responsibility. If you cannot handle it responsibly, you should not adopt one! In this case, the dog owners thought otherwise and had adopted this pet.
Animal Advocates, a rescue team, discovered Judith when she was highly neglected and abused by her owners. She was not fed properly and was not given the things that a typical dog owner would give a dog. Also, it is excruciating to know that she was chained outside for a span of ten years!
