Sculptures made by Beth Cavener showcase the forest animal forms. They are made using stoneware and different types of metal frames. Cavener said that he wants to explore the awkward and uncomfortable edges that exist between humans and animals. She also mentioned in her website about the internal and external struggles humans face, and how frustrations grows the seed for cruelty and misunderstandings. She says that it can all be captured in their expressions. She works in Helena, Montana and has been in the limelight since 2002.
